The Morrison Government has allocated $17.7 billion for aged care in its budget, but yesterday, Treasurer Josh Frydenberg conceded inflation will outstrip wage growth this year.

A new report out from HESTA, the super fund for workers in the health and community service sectors, found employees are leaving or want to leave aged care because of poor wages and a lack of career opportunities.
