Kate stunned in a glittering golden dress and had her hair up while William sported a smart black tuxedo and bow tie.
In a rare joint appearance, Prince Charles and Camilla also attended the event alongside actor Daniel Craig and the other 007 movie stars.
The royals posed for a group photo and chatted with healthcare workers and members of the armed forces who were invited to the premiere.
No Time To Die is the 25th Bond film and it will be the final movie featuring Craig as 007.
It is finally being released in British cinemas this week after being delayed by more than a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The film is set after Bond has retired from service and is enjoying a quiet life in Jamaica when his old friend Felix Leiter, played by Jeffrey Wright, from the CIA turns up and asks for help.
A mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading to a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.
The film features an all-star cast, including Craig, Rami Malik, Lashana Lynch and Naomie Harris.
Australian fans will need to wait even longer to see the highly-anticipated flick, with No Time To Die scheduled to be released here on November 11.
